Michael has worked in the construction industry for
the past 30 years with extensive experience in the acquisition, sales and
financing of commercial and residential real estate. Michael formed a
general contracting and a development company pursuing the custom
construction and restoration of restaurants, commercial buildings,
residential and low income housing tax credit units.

Mr. Greg Hulbert is ACI certified in concrete flatwork and as a
concrete technician. His certifications in a variety of concrete fields allow
him to bring that experience into everyday challenges and opportunities.
