Matthew Dobson has been involved with residential
home building since 1992. . He has his degree in Construction Management and he
has spent time managing a small custom home building company, a renovation
company and an upscale tract building operation. He is an active member of the
International Code Council and the National Association of Home Builders. |

Deborah Isenhour is a recognized
leader in the field of conflict resolution, being awarded lifetime membership in
the Association for Conflict Resolution – NC Chapter. Her vast knowledge
of construction and real estate was gained through ownership and management of
real estate and general contracting businesses and her involvement as a faculty
member for NCHBA. |

John’ s insurance
claims career started in 1968. He is licensed insurance adjuster in North
Carolina and West Virginia. He is certified by the North Carolina Dispute
Resolution Commission as a Superior Court certified mediator and is actively
involved with an ADR and insurance property claims practice. |

40 years experience in construction. He has completed numerous commercial
and residential projects. Marshall served as Chairman of the Residential
Committee for the NC Building Code Council and is a recognized authority on
the NC Building Code. He has testified as an expert in building construction
disputes throughout NC.

Ken Pike’s career
as a Professional Engineer in construction began before the technology
explosion of the computer age and continued into today’s fast-track,
design-build delivery process. He finds this high pressure environment
loaded with communication problems that lead to disputes, and sees ADR as
the best way to settle the issues and keep projects moving. |

Previously licensed as Broker & General Contractor Florida, North & South Carolina and Tennessee.
