Andrea Goldman is a litigator, arbitrator and
mediator who focuses on construction law. Andrea has extensive experience
handling both sides of contractor/homeowner disputes. She serves as the trusted
advisor for construction companies for contracts and planning. Andrea gives
presentations on construction issues including: contracts, mechanic’s liens,
green construction, Prompt Pay and the EPA’s RRP Rule. |

Dem Guschov has more than 30 years experience in
construction dispute resolution, plus equivalent experience in the construction
of major multimillion dollar buildings throughout the eastern United States. His
construction experience includes general contracting, design build, construction
management, estimating, engineering and supervision of buildings of virtually
all types and sizes. |

David is an attorney, and was a Staff Vice President at the National Association of Home Builders, where he worked for more than 32 years. He is the co-author of the fifth edition of Contracts and Liability for Builders and Remodelers and the third edition of Warranties for Builders and Remodelers (2024). |
