Mr. Howes is a Colorado Licensed Architect, Real
Estate Broker and holds a Class A Contractors License. Experience includes
residential, commercial and industrial construction, design, design build and
construction management, land acquisition, entitlements and horizontal
infrastructure development. This extensive background gives him a rounded

company, evaluating construction data. Mr. Maas serves on Planning Boards and
Special District Association Boards. He developed understanding of human
relationships, evaluating issues of conflict within the Mediation/Arbitration

high-end luxury homes in the high altitude conditions of the Rocky Mountains.
Jamie has personally supervised the construction process from site layout to
interior trim on over 30 homes in resort areas. Jamie is also one of the
earliest pioneers of the use of “Foam Block” foundations. |
