He is also a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 listed civil mediator. He is an expert on the AIA Standard Contract forms and has extensively modified them for a major Nashville institution.

Renee W. Dean is a retired municipal judge and a  Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 cross-trained civil and family law mediator.  She has over twenty years experience in commercial and residential construction, renovation and property management.  Ms. Dean is also a financial analyst who specializes in healthcare reimbursement.

A 3rd generation contractor who has been an active industry leader, recognized for his knowledge of building codes and regulations for over 25 years.  He is a builder/remodeler and has built hundreds of homes in East Tennessee including energy efficient custom homes, Log and Timber as well as Modular, panelized, ICF Concrete Homes. 

Melissa Osburn a licensed interior designer and home inspector in the State of Tennessee with twenty years experience in commercial and residential design and construction. Background includes contract and budget development, drawings and specifications, inspection services, master planning, procurement with installation, and project management within retail, hospitality, office, single and multifamily, government and university projects.

Gail Southwell, PhD, mediator, arbitrator with over 30 years specializing in building sustainable agreements including leading several union labor negotiations to successful implementation. Gail’s labor dispute expertise coupled with her ADR background and training makes Gail the right person to handle construction-labor disputes and can serve as a special member for a major construction project.

Max Elaina Spann, a licensed residential and commercial contractor, is a 3rd generation contractor and has over 25 years’ experience as a business owner.  Elaina tirelessly lobbied for national, state and local issues, has served the industry as President of both local and state Homebuilder associations, and was inducted into the Building Industry Hall of Fame.

Max Williams has been a corporate general counsel for major companies in both the public and private sectors. He is an AV lawyer and an experienced construction arbitrator. He is certified by OHSA in Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response and is a court-certified mediator in Florida and Tennessee.
