Elaina Spann is a third generation licensed general contractor and has been involved in the construction industry for 25+ years.  Due to her experience in, knowledge of and commitment to the home building industry, Elaina was recently inducted into the Home Builder Industry Hall of Fame.  This prestigious award was in recognition of her hard work both locally and state-wide, providing lobbying efforts on behalf and in support of the construction industry.  Education is extremely important to Elaina, and she has traveled the state to educate builders on the importance of supporting the industry and staying educated in their profession to remain a reputable builder.  The governor of Tennessee appointed Elaina to the TN Home Improvement Board in 2004.   She has made many professional relationships across the state and nationally exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills and an extensive knowledge of her industry.  Elaina has been a licensed general contractor in the state of Tennessee since 1994.  Her company specializes in custom homes, but they also perform many remodeling, addition and renovation projects. She has a vast working knowledge of the construction industry and the building process.  She has completed projects from small renovations to building million-dollar homes.    She is also licensed in small commercial construction and has several projects in this genre as well.   Elaina has developed two subdivisions in her local area expanding her knowledge of the development process.  Her strongest skills are communicating with customers, and negotiating with vendors and other industry professionals - all to successful results.  Her leadership, communication and diplomacy skills have been fine-tuned as a result of the many roles she’s taken on as a business owner and volunteer to the industry.
