Conrad J. Blanchard
Mr. Blanchard has been owner of Casual Concepts, Inc. since 2000, specializing in residential and commercial construction. He earned a BS in Engineering in 1972. He has also been a licensed Realtor for the last 15 years, combined with his 28 years of management, joint ventures, and contract negotiations in the construction industry.
 

Mike Burroughs, a 40-year building industry veteran, has served on the LSBHI as a member, president, and investigator. In addition, he helped draft much of the current inspection law and code of ethics. He has investigated & presided over disputes involving inspections, workmanship, compliance issues and is certified as an expert witness in court cases.

The stress of unsettled conflicts weighs heavily upon those involved. ADR is designed to assist in resolving your conflicts. I have 17 years executive management experience in the industrial construction field as a specialty contractor. I combine that experience with 32 years as a conflict resolution professional into a matrix to help obtain resolution.

Ceil is a Louisiana Licensed Home Inspector with 20 years of experience. She served on the Louisiana State of Board of Home Inspectors 6 years. During that time she served as Vice Chairman. She is a certified by the State Fire Marshall as a Wind Mitigation Surveyor. Mrs. Fuselier has a BA degree from NTSU.

Bill Hatchett is a Louisiana licensed home inspector with over 25 years’ experience. Appointed by the governor to the first Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors (LSBHI) Mr. Hatchett served as a member and Chairman. He has a B.S. degree from LSU. As a member of ASHI he has obtained the professional ACI designation. Mr. Hatchett also is the first registered Wind Mitigation Surveyor in Louisiana.

Michael has over 38 years of experience in the residential construction industry building homes and instructing many educational courses for builders around the Southeast. He has spent most of the past 25 years in the structural warranty field, continuously maintaining an insurance license for 22 years while serving on HBA boards, locally, statewide, and nationally.

Frank Morse is a licensed General Contractor in the New Orleans area, and has built quality homes and commercial projects for over 41 years. He is the owner of Morse Homes, Inc,. the Chairman, Mold Task Force for Louisiana, Treasurer of the HBA of Greater New Orleans, and member of the NAHB Housing Finance Committee.

Jason G. Ourso is a Judge with the La. Workers’ Compensation Court and he also maintains a law, mediation and arbitration private practice.  He has mediated over 10,000 cases, including but not limited to construction and insurance claims, and has completed over 250 hours of mediation and arbitration training.

Billy Ward has 35 years of experience in the building industry. He currently serves on the ICC; IRC Building Code Committee. Billy has served as an expert witness on residential construction issues. He is currently serving his 2nd term appointed by Louisiana's Governor to the State Contractors Licensing Board Residential Committee.
