GENERAL OVERVIEW Ceil Fuselier has over 40 years of experience in the construction business as co-owner of a construction company. Her experience in construction led her into the home inspection business. She served on the Louisiana State Board of Home inspectors and served as Vice Chairman. As a licensed home inspector the opportunity to be certified as a Wind Mitigation Surveyor came around and she seized the opportunity and is currently among 7 certified surveyors.
