GENERAL OVERVIEW Billy Ward started his career back in the early 1980's learning the carpentry trade. He became a first class carpenter and started building h is own homes by the mid 1980's. He built his business from the ground up and is now serving at the highest levels of the Residential Building Industry.He has served as an expert witness on Residen tial Construction issues.Accreditations and Affiliations :

Billy has developed residential subdivisions and is currently developing agated community on the only inhabited island on Louisiana's coast in the Gulf of Mexico.
