GENERAL OVERVIEW

Michael started in the residential building industry in the early 1980’s building for a large spec/tract home builder. He has taught numerous courses around the Southeast, and nationally on Customer Service, Construction Contracts, Insurance requirements, fall safety and several others.
He has spent the past 25 years in the structural warranty arena of homebuilding and has served on many local, state, and national committees. In 2002 he became a licensed insurance producer to become a better professional partner for builders.
