Greg Hardwick is a registered General Contractor and Professional Engineer in the state Florida with 27-yrs experience in the multimillion-dollar construction industry. His extensive construction experience includes leadership roles for fortune 500 Companies and numerous construction industry associations. He serves on many local builder councils and boards throughout the industry and is a NAHB instructor.

With more than 30 years’ experience, Kate’s deep understanding of project dynamics allows her to assist the parties as a mediator or DRB member to resolve disputes while maintaining working relationships whenever possible. As an arbitrator, Kate conducts an efficient and cost-effective proceeding resulting in carefully reasoned awards that honor the parties’ contractual agreements.

Mr. Leiby has handled Florida construction disputes since 1973. He has authored the Florida Construction Law Manual published by West, taught arbitrators for the AAA, chaired the Florida Bar Construction Law Certification Committee, and has been involved in hundreds of construction mediations and arbitrations.

Donald O'Dell has been a Florida attorney since 1978 handling construction, commercial and insurance matters. He is a mediator certified by the Supreme Court of Florida with numerous mediations in a variety of areas. His practice includes the representation of both commercial and residential contractors with experience in residential home warranty matters. His location in Orlando allows him to be available in Tampa, Palm Beach, or Jacksonville. Mr. Olivier has over 30 years of experience in dispute resolution. Licensed in Colorado, California, and the District of Columbia, he has resolved many issues involving commercial and residential construction through litigation, settlement, arbitration or mediation. Bill gained practical experience in construction serving as an officer in the Army Corps of Engineers.

David is an attorney licensed in Florida and Ohio and also holds a Florida State Certified General Contractors license. With 14 years of construction experience, his legal practice focuses on resolution of construction and real estate matters. Further, he authored The Florida Home Improvement Guide, a resource to help parties avoid and resolve construction disputes.

After having worked his way up from laborer to carpenter assistant to site supervisor before his graduation from college, Don is now a Florida Supreme Court certified Mediator and Advanced Arbitrator and is also a Federal certified Mediator/Arbitrator. He has received commendations for his arbitration and mediation services from several Judicial Circuits in Florida.
