Dan Lloyd has been involved in the construction field as a builder/developer and development consultant for over thirty years.  He is currently involved in construction of his own residential projects and brings a wealth of practical knowledge of building construction, on-site development, and off-site infrastructure improvements.

Joe Serpa has over 30 years in the construction industry. Over the course of his career, with ingenuity and hard work, he progressed from an equipment operator to CEO of the largest, successful construction company in Northern Nevada. In 2013, Joe received his certification in mediation and conflict resolution through the University of Nevada, Reno.
 

Paula J. Trout, JD, has 20 years + experience as a practicing attorney, mediator & arbitrator. Former Industrial Commissioner, Ms. Trout has extensive experience in ADR & the construction industry.
