project manager and contract administration experience in both the private and
public sectors. His international construction experience includes seven

experienced attorney in the area of construction law and contracting. She has
represented owners, contractors, and design professionals in cases in state and
federal courts, as well as ADR forums. She is regularly involved in the
resolution of multi-million dollar complex construction claims, including those
involving insurance and bond issues. |

Jay Isenberg AIA brings to the dispute resolution
table the unique combination of practicing architect (both residential and
commercial), experienced mediator and arbitrator since 1994 focused exclusively
on design and construction disputes with a specialty in residential cases, and
adjunct assistant professor in the College of Design teaching courses in
professional practice and integrated design. |

As a major jurisdiction building inspector Greg
Johnson has extensive experience in both constituent service and resolving
disputes between industry and owners. He is a past member of the Board of
Directors of the International Code Council, (ICC) and helped write the National
Green Building Standard developed with the National Association of Home

Mark Soderlund, P.E. is a registered professional engineer in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota with more than 20 years of ADR experience. He has been an expert witness in 34 court trials and dozens of ADR matters. Mr. Soderlund owns and operates a consulting engineering firm specializing in building construction, design, and forensics since 1995. |
