Michael Bell has been involved in Residential Custom Home Building and Remodeling in NW Indiana for over 36 years. He is known for quality craftsmanship and is deeply involved in the local, state and national homebuilders associations. Michael brings his experience in management and fairness to CDRS.

Janet Mitchell has served as a mediator for 20 years, and has been a lawyer since 1976. She believes that disputants can work together cooperatively and achieve results that both sides want.  She states that, “Even in high conflict situations, when I meet with the disputants, I help them see what is most important to the other. Reaching a workable agreement enables them to continue working together in the future.”

With a strong background in plumbing, Ms. Perlman, CKD, CR has over 23 years experience in residential building and remodeling. As a licensed General Contractor with direct experience and knowledge of the complexities of home renovations and new construction, her experience is valued at every jobsite where she is often found with a tool in her hand.
