SANDI PERLMAN

GENERAL OVERVIEW

With a strong background in plumbing, Sandi Perlman, CKD, CR has over 23 years experience in residential building and remodeling. She is President of Blue Ridge Design, LLC a full service company that specializes in all aspects of home design and construction.
She currently teaches Kitchen and Bathroom Design to Interior Design Majors at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). She traveled with her students to Hawaii to create a concept house from a shipping container and often has students from, IUPUI, Ball State University, Purdue University, Indiana University, Art Institute of Indianapolis and Indiana State University doing internships with her where she educates them in construction, design and sales.
She is a licensed General Contractor with proactive experience and knowledge of the complexities of home improvements as well as the emotional issues that arise.
