John worked his way up through the trades. He started installing air conditioners and furnaces when he was ten years old. He has run his own HVAC Company and Home Construction/Remodeling Business. He has built and performed all duties relating to additions from excavation to roofing and everything in between.

I have been in the construction business for 46 years and sole owner or partner for 33 of those years. We are general contractors that do high end renovations in the city of Chicago. We specialize high rise condo work. Also, I have been involved in NAHB at all levels for the past 26 Years.

Tom has 37+ years experience as a home builder, commercial builder and land developer. He is also a national and internationally recognized speaker and trainer on issues relating to the residential construction industry. He holds eight National Association of Home Builders designations, is a Life Director, and has many industry awards and recognitions.

Scott, a second generation builder, has been in the Custom home and remodeling business for over 49 years. I have owned and been managing partner for over 36 years of my own firms. We build/remodel in Chicago and its NW suburbs. A Sr. life member of the National Association of Home Builders for over 36 years.
