Bill Blackburn GENERAL OVERVIEW Mr. Blackburn's experience includes over 20 years as: general contractor, project manager, land developer, hotel operations manager, resort and restaurant owner and has been instrumental in developing markets and relationships with government officials and entities in the U.S., China and five Middle Eastern countries. He has been a trainer and consultant for numerous organizations and corporations, including US Navy, State of Washington, county government agencies, national hotel chains; and teacher for two community colleges. His mixture of business and human relations experience, along with his compassion for mankind make him an effective mediator.
