Daniel L. Day, JD/MBA, is a litigation attorney, mediator and arbitrator serving the construction and real estate industries. Mr. Day is active in the Construction, Real Property and Dispute Resolution Sections of the Utah State Bar and served for 4 years in the Construction Section leadership. Mr. Day is also a Utah court-approved mediator.
 

Clark Fetzer is an attorney who, for over 30 years, has focused his practice on resolving construction disputes. He is active in bar association sections on construction and dispute resolution and is chair of the Utah Council on Conflict Resolution. He has mediated and arbitrated a variety of construction disputes.

Ross Ford has over 20 years experience as a General Contractor in residential & commercial projects with extensive knowledge in framing, sheetrock, finish, concrete, roofing, architectural millwork, and cabinetry. He was recruited as a liaison between government regulators and businesses for fair representation as an expert in the construction industry.

Mr. Scott, for the past forty two years, has served in the construction industry as an arbitrator, mediator and litigator of commercial and residential construction disputes.
