industry for over 16 years. She has experience in both the
residential/commercial building area and air pollution control. Her expertise
has been in estimating, contract administration and project management. |

provides capital improvement services to clients including project
representation, program management, scheduling, estimating, claims analysis,
dispute resolution support, operational audits, standard of care analysis and
