Christopher W. Dobson has been involved with residential and commercial construction for over 30 years. Starting out as a draftsman for a Saratoga, New York architectural firm; he soon joined a large general contractor firm in Albany, New York becoming a project manager. He then formed his own construction and building materials company in 1991. |

Mr. Iacovangelo has been an attorney in commercial, multi-family, and residential ownership and management since 1974. He is a past President and member of the Rochester Homebuilders Association. He is also a member of the Construction Liability Committe with the National Association of Homebuilders. He constructed over 2,800 new homes and townhomes over 35 years. |

Mr. Steven Kempisty has been a practicing
arbitration judge for over seven years in New York State. Mr. Kempisty serves on
the Syracuse City Court’s Arbitration program dealing with housing issues and
matters of commercial small claims. Mr. Kempisty is also affiliated with the
Better Business Bureau and is a college instructor in central New York. |
