engineer, licensed land surveyor, licensed general building and engineering
contractor with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Mr.
Abron has spent the majority of his career managing the construction of
buildings, streets, highways, storm and sanitary sewers, water pipelines,
pumping stations and treatment plants. |

James P. Babcock has been a
builder since 1974 and became an attorney in 1977 because he felt understanding
the legal system was essential to home building. Jim, his father and grandfather
are all past presidents of our builders' association. Jim has acted as a special
arbitrator for local courts for construction-related disputes. |

Michael Boersma is an attorney with an extensive background in
alternative dispute resolution. Mediation settles cases. Mike is a trained
mediator who has facilitated the settlement of several dozen construction
disputes with an aggregate value in excess of $30 million dollars. |
