Carl M. Chretien Sr. has been involved in the building industry since 1984 involved in every aspect of construction. Carl has worked with consumers by educating them in accepted construction practices and translation of contracts. Carl has worked with State's Attorney General Office with the Lemon Law division with educational television spots pertaining to construction.

Marc Sevigny has been a professional mediator, arbitrator, early neutral evaluator, facilitator and trainer since 1987. He is also a conflict coach. After law school he worked for a year for a small law firm in Ellsworth Maine and assisted with several construction related disputes before hanging out his shingle as a mediator...........
