CARL CHRETIEN
GENERAL OVERVIEW
Carl has been a residential builder since 1984. He
has extensive knowledge of the building industry have performed duties across
the many types of trades used in residential building. He also has done work in
the light commercial field. He has in been in business for himself doing general
contracting since 1991.
Carl's training come a varied assortment of seminars ranging from code
interpretation to the proper use of different building materials. He has done
mitigation between contractors and owners by educating them in accepted building
practices as well as using an unbiased approach of examining a dispute and
coming to a determination that is realistic as well as fair to both parties.
Carl has been doing estimating, material takeoff's for commercial buildings as
well as residential.
