Joe is very skilled in dispute resolution because he is a “people/personality expert”. His life experience combined with coach training gives him the ability to work with the personality issues which invariably have a major effect in the process of dispute settlement. Joe understands that many times a dispute is driven by personality traits along with the “matter at hand”. He is a very thorough, fair, and judicious arbitrator and believes honor and integrity is first and foremost when adjudicating a matter. He is able to facilitate mediations expeditiously and fairly because he is skilled at diffusing an adversarial environment as he helps the parties communicate while managing emotions and keeping the issue from becoming personal.
