Started Taylor Burton Co., Inc. in 1986 to build middle and upper level homes in the Greater Birmingham area.  I have built a successful business by building 5 to 10 houses per year with price ranging from 350,000 to 2.5 million. Also have built multiple town home communities and my company also has a remodeling business.  We have won over 20 awards for homes and developments in the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders Parade of Homes.

Russell is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution and the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution a section of the Alabama Bar Association.  He is an Associate of the American Bar Association and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the ABA. Russell actively serves in two Judicial Volunteer programs as mediator and conflict resolution specialist.
