- Helped orchestrate and lobby Senate President Don DiFrancisco for the withdrawal of S-50; which capped the dollar amount a person would be able to retire with, regardless of what their years of service agreements with their governing bodies specified.
- Lobbied for Bill A-3177 that allows for Building Inspectors with an ICS license to automatically qualify you to become a home inspector.
