experience in international and domestic ADR since 1993 and construction law
since 2000, Daniel Bender is an arbitrator and panel chair as well as
counsel in construction arbitrations. Mr. Bender is past-Director of the
AAA’s International Centre for Dispute Resolution. He has written on ADR and
contributed to the IFC/World Bank’s Commercial Mediation Manual. |

Olivia M. Farrar is certified mediator and
arbitrator, with extensive experience resolving construction disputes of all
sizes, as well as employment, contract, and securities disputes. In
addition to her work as a neutral, Olivia is an attorney and law school
professor, and has worked in the construction industry. |
