RALPH NELSON
GENERAL OVERVIEW
Ralph Nelson has been
involved in the design and construction of heating, ventilating and air
conditioning (HVAC) systems for over 35 years. Normal business dealing with
Owners, General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Sub-Contractors and material
suppliers involved mediation and arbitration techniques on a daily basis. He has
served as Chief Engineer, Construction Manager, Owner’s Representative, and
business owner. He is a Registered Professional Engineer as well as holding a
Master Steamfitter (Contractor) and Master Heating and Air Conditioning
(Contractor) licenses. He holds a LEED ® AP certificate and has experience in
energy analysis, building code review and green construction techniques.

on $8,000,000 of volume in each of the past 5 years. Consistently one the of the
five largest mechanical contractors in the Omaha market. Developed reputation as
the most capable mechanical contractor for pre-construction services. Supervised
transition to 3D AutoCad capabilities for coordination and as-built drawings.
Added multi-discipline coordination capabilities (NavisWorks), specialized
certifications such as LEED ® AP, medical gas verification and various equipment
service certifications. Supervised logo and marketing updates in 1990 and 2009.
