GENERAL OVERVIEW

The name of my construction company is Estes Building & Remodeling, LLC and was founded in September 2003. We are a small company performing work in residential and light commercial remodeling and new home construction. Estes Building & Remodeling, LLC holds Residential Builder license #R06516 and Certificate of Responsibility #17990-MC. Both of these licenses are issued by the Mississippi State Board of Contractors.

 I started in the construction industry in May of 1994 as the co-owner of Estes Wallpaper and Painting. Under that company we performed residential and commercial repaints, new home painting, wallpaper installation on both residential and commercial projects, repair of rotten wood, and interior trim work.

 In December 2017, I founded K Estes Consulting, LLC specializing in expert witnessing in construction disputes. We have provided extensive work on cases representing both defendants and plaintiffs while working with lawyers and homeowners to help settle disputes.
