JEFF HUNT
GENERAL OVERVIEW
Jeff is the founder and President of Heritage Construction Services, a residential design-build firm in Houston Texas. His construction experience includes commercial projects up to $125 million such as luxury hotels, hospitals, schools, airports, and office buildings. His residential construction experience includes custom home building and remodeling on projects up to $750,000, including major additions, upscale kitchen and baths, fire & flood restoration, and whole house renovations. In addition to his construction experience, Jeff has over 10 years of experience as a strategic and information technology consultant, beginning with a career at Andersen Consulting (now known as Accenture). Backed by a strong background in both business and construction, he is regarded as an accomplished speaker and instructor, as well as a committed professional and advocate of the construction industry. His experience as an expert witness includes testifying on matters including contract disputes, duty of care, construction defects, damages resulting from negligence, and insurance claims resulting from hail, wind, fire, flood, and product defects.
