GENERAL OVERVIEW
Mr. Danny Carrillo is currently President of Wallspec, Inc.
He performs as an expert witness in stucco related disputes, and serves as an
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Specialist. Mr. Carrillo is a trained
Arbitrator.
With 27 years experience as a
commercial/residential plastering contractor, Danny is a stucco expert. He
provides advisory to owners, developers, general contractors, design
professionals, subcontractors, and stucco product manufacturers. Mr. Carrillo
also provides pre-emptive advisories on large scale stucco projects. His vast
experience affords him the expertise to ensure a system is initially installed
to meet specifications, building codes, and industry accepted standards. Mr.
