GENERAL OVERVIEW

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING ENGINEER
Bill works for several arbitration services doing structural arbitrations, residential dwellings arbitrations for 30+ years and auto manuf. arbitrations. He was the principal civil/structural engineer for a 16 acre solar site; served as City consultant for the installation of solar panels atop 5 municipal buildings. He has consulted on several private ground mount and roof mount photovoltaic installations in several states. Bill performs engineering for standard and alternate design septic systems and site and grading plans. He also does structural engineering for utilities and various builders & architects. He designed, detailed and did construction management for structural support systems for numerous utility applications. Bill also preformed bulkhead, dock, boat lift design, permitting & installation oversights. He has designed numerous sewer and industrial piping and pump systems.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
Bill has significant practical light construction experience having personally reconstructed (including electrical and plumbing) own house and owned five unit apartment building in compliance with all local and national codes and obtained all necessary permits. He has consulted on numerous other facilities and dwellings.
He has also done work for consulting engineering companies and does independent consulting on site plans, storm and sanitary sewers, septic systems, etc. His work includes Planning Board presentations and interfacing with governmental agencies.
Additionally he was the City Engineer for small municipality. This activity required subdivision and site plan reviews; designed and implemented closure of city dump, designed and implemented a waste transfer station. He preformed structural review with report recommendations on the town hall, other municipal buildings, etc.
He was Senior Arbitrator/Dispute Settler for Construction Arbitration Services, National Center for Dispute Settlement, National Academy of Conciliators, and State of NJ- Office of Dispute Settlement.

LICENSURE
Fellow Grade-Highest possible level of American Society of Civil Engineers- requires significant technical accomplishments. (Only 7,000 Fellow grade Civil Engineers in the world).
Past President- Professional Engineering Society of Southern NJ (7 Counties).
New Jersey Professional Engineer, Pennsylvania Professional Engineer per National Test, Delaware Prof.Engr.
