GENERAL OVERVIEW
Mr. Finney has been actively
involved in construction for over twenty years. He holds a B.S. in Construction
Management from Colorado State University and is currently a Class C Licensed
General Contractor in Denver, Colorado. His extensive hands on experience,
education and role as a Superintendent, Project Manager and General Contractor
have allowed him to be intimately involved in every aspect of the construction
process. He is familiar with both the administrative and production components
of the industry and thus able to accurately pinpoint the cause of what can often
be a complex web of misunderstanding and/or work performance that undermines
construction disputes. His experience has taught him how to successfully
navigate through conflict in a professional manner.
