GENERAL OVERVIEW

Yvonne has been building since 1987. She specializes in the sheetrock stage thru completion and customer service but has been construction manager for residential, mulit-family and commercial projects.

She has served on the New Mexico Housing Authority, helped develop the weight training facility at NMSU and received awards for model merchandising.

Yvonne Rawson received her contractor’s license in 1978 after graduating from New Mexico State University with a degree in Marketing. She concentrates on the residential aspects of construction and takes a home from sheetrock stage through completion, including customer service and new home orientations/walk thru.

Yvonne has handled coordination of every aspect of the construction process including: Floor plan design, permitting, construction management (of residential homes, apartment complexes and commercial buildings) construction scheduling, and model merchandising.

She has worked in the field as well as in the office. She is familiar with Quickbooks accounting programs and has produced and presented all the bank draw requests for her company.

Yvonne has served on the judging panel in many housing award programs including Sacramento, California; Inland Empire, California; Denver, Colorado; Houston, Texas; Phoenix, Arizona; Atlanta, Georgia; and The Nationals, National Sales & Marketing Council.
