GENERAL OVERVIEW
Rodger is a Professional Engineer (PE) currently licensed in the state of Wisconsin. He can get licensed in any state or territory in the United States.
He lived in sub-Saharan Africa (1995-2008) among an underprivileged people group endeavoring to improve their lives. He did this by working alongside them to help them achieve goals they set for themselves. He has learned how to listen to people and how to implement creative problem-solving skills. He will do the hard work required to really understand the issues at hand and how to achieve the best outcome. Rodger applies this unique skill set to resolve disputes between construction contractors and their clients.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Rodger obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
He earned a degree in Inter-Cultural Ministries with Ethnos 360 (formerly NTM) in 1993.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Rodger has performed hundreds of building structural evaluations and reports for residential and commercial buildings. He is involved with the Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors (WAHI) as an associate member educating home inspectors on structural issues.
He is an experienced expert witness and has acted as a mediator between home owners and contractors.
