GENERAL OVERVIEW
Dave was certified in 1997 at the National Institute of Building Inspections. Wisconsin Certified Home Inspector in 1998. Dave has over 23 years of construction experience in commercial and residential remodeling. Dave has also built four new homes almost by himself including electric, plumbing, HVAC, siding, roofing, finish trim, etc.
Dave was elected President of the Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors for the Fox Valley Chapter and served on its board of directors for 16 years. He is a trained home inspector arbitrator for Resolute Systems, Inc. Dave is a certified 203-K HUD consultant with commercial building inspection experience.
Dave lives in Little Suamico, Wisconsin and was an active member of the Suamico Volunteer Fire Department for 18 years serving 14 years as the Assistant Fire Chief.
Dave was elected Supervisor for the Town of Little Suamico and has served on the Town Board of Supervisors since 2003. Dave also sits on the Board of Review for property tax disputes. As Supervisor for the Town of Little Suamico, he serves on the Oconto County Board of Supervisors.
