GENERAL OVERVIEW
Charles E. White has been involved in the construction industry for more than thirty years. This involvement includes field experience, on-site and off-site project management, as general contractor, real estate developer, and owner’s representative for franchise development of restaurant and retail franchises. This experience has served clients well both in successfully completing projects of various sizes and types, as well as, resolving disputes in over 1200 cases mediated and arbitrated.
