Mr. Bergman has mediated
more than 1,000 cases since 1990 with emphasis on complex, multi-party cases
including extensive mediation experience in areas of banking, bankruptcy,
business, commercial condemnation, construction, consumer, corporate,
employment, franchise, fraud, insurance, landlord/tenant, malpractice, maritime,
mass tort, municipalities, oil and gas, partnership, personal injury, premises,
products liability, property, real estate, securities, toxic tort, usury and

He has served as single arbitrator, panelist and chairman on more than 50
arbitration panels across Texas since 1990 in hearings lasting from three months
to one hour and cases ranging from complex multiparty to simple disputes
including commercial, construction, consumer, contract employment, franchise,
injunction, partnership, personal injury, real estate and securities matters.

More than 4,000 hours of basic and advanced mediation, negotiation and arbitration training and teaching experience, trained more than 5,000 attorney-mediators and judges across three continents and the United Kingdom.
