Tom Bartels

GENERAL OVERVIEW

Mr. Bartels has over 25 years experience in civil horizontal construction work, highway construction.  He has over 20 years experience in local government public works construction, inspection, project management, and contract administration.  In conflict resolution, Mr. Bartels has over 8 years experience as an active mediator, with 85 hours of mediation training from two separate mediation programs.  He is experienced and trained in partnering, employee mediation, group facilitation, and community mediation.
