GENERAL OVERVIEW

Involved with building and real estate in Colorado for over 27 years. Russell Burton started with a family owned Construction Company in Aspen building custom homes, Russell then moved on to his own business. Initially, the primary focus was on sub-contracting in the Vail and Aspen areas specializing in framing, siding and interior trim. Over time the focus shifted to General Contracting. Since then Russell has completed several projects, both for clients and on speculation. This experience covers all areas of custom residential construction from land acquisition and building design through project completion. Russell’s project list includes renovations and remodels as well as new construction. Russell also has a real estate background, which includes condominium and resort sales in Europe and the United States. He held a Colorado Real Estate license. Russell has been in Denver for the past nine years initially focusing on a framing sub-contracting business, while building one or two custom homes per year. In 2000 the focus shifted to General Contracting in the Luxury Custom Home Market. With his skills he is able to offer a combination that will better serve his clients.
