GENERAL OVERVIEW

Ross Russell is an attorney, arbitrator and mediator. He has presided as arbitrator over case large and small, national and international.

Ross has arbitrated more than one hundred cases, serving either as sole arbitrator or member of an arbitration panel. In addition to his service as an arbitrator Mr. Russell has experience in a range of different ADR processes, including, mediation, early neutral evaluation, Med-Arb, Arb-Med, baseball arbitration (or high-low arbitration), referee, umpire, and special master service. He is currently a panelist eligible for appointment for Construction Dispute Resolution Services (CDRS), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), National Futures Association (NFA), International Expedited Arbitration Centre (IEAC), Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Texas Comptroller Property Tax Arbitration, as well as several other arbitration organizations.
