Facilities Solutions Group (FSG) provides services for multiple government agencies, including the Defense and Intelligence communities.    FSG provides comprehensive bundling of facility-related products and services to enable the facility to reach its full potential and maximize return on investment.  FSG is able to provide turnkey solutions.  FSG supports the entire facility’s lifecycle:  requirements-based concept development, design and specification, construction, IT and telecommunications infrastructure, furnishings, building operations and maintenance, relocation and reconfiguration management, and facility and asset management solutions.  FSG holds a Top Secret Facilities Clearance. 

Manager for Federal Government Contract Procurement and Business Development

Responsible for Federal Schedule contracts, including 71, Packaged Office, 71 II K, Comprehensive Furniture Management Services (CFMS),  70, General Purpose Commercial Information Technology, and 03FAC, Facilities Maintenance & Management Services. Manager for all company construction operations.  Key management team member providing proposal development on diverse facilities services for government agencies Provide conceptual estimating, schedule development, proposal drafting, value engineering, and contract negotiation.  

• Project oversight for two GSA Schedules; for Comprehensive Furniture Management Services and Systems Furniture contracts, currently serving the DCAA, DLA, US Navy, Peace Corps, GSA, and the Department of Education.

buy-out, and contract negotiation.  Construction manager on at-risk and design-build contracts.  Clients included George Mason University and The University of Maryland.  Provided consulting work to Facilities Solutions Group, then a subsidiary of P. J. Dick.

Managed project narrative development on a multi-million dollar claims analysis for a DOD project at Oak Ridge, TN.

Project Manager

Complete project management which turned around two fast-track design-build projects underway at the time.  One project was a multi-phased occupied nursing home and the second project was a multi-phased university library expansion on a campus interior.

Promoted from Project Manager  to Area Director with oversight of all preconstruction and construction services on agency contracts for upstate NY public school districts.  Responsibilities included pre-conceptual estimating and scheduling, value engineering, contract bid document development, and project oversight.  Primary liaison with both A/E design firms and project Owners.

Project Manager

Provided project oversight and design assistance under a multi-year, IDIQ contract for the United States Postal Service.  Approximately 30% design packages were developed on multiple sites throughout the Northeast, then issued for public bidding, followed by contract and field project oversight.
