GENERAL OVERVIEW
Melissa Osburn is currently
the president of ProView Property Advisors, a solutions company that provides
resources, knowledge and services about buildings or projects to those involved
in real estate transactions, home owner associations and non-profit
organizations by utilizing the best skills and or team of experts for their
situation. Melissa has over twenty years of experience in commercial and
residential design and construction.
Melissa worked six years completing projects across the country for retail and
hospitality customers such as Nautica, May Department Stores and Courtyard by
Marriot. She expanded into project management while working within a support
department for a large Tennessee university where they provided long term
planning along with design of new construction or renovation projects over
$100,000. During her tenure she was a liaison between Tennessee Board of
Regents, outside design teams, general contractors and the end user at the
university from feasibility to move in of project. She completed of over 500,000
square feet of new construction and renovation projects including classrooms,
offices, dormitories, sports facilities, libraries, and site improvements.
