GENERAL OVERVIEW
Jerry’s thirty-eight years
of real estate, corporate, partnership, employment, construction and other
commercial matters along with his extensive mediation training, allows him to
bring his experience and training to almost all type of commercial disputes.
In addition, Jerry has also been involved with the building and development of
4,000 apartment units along with the building and developing of 800,000 square
feet of shopping centers. He has worked with all aspects of development and
building such as land, civil engineering, site work, architecture, bidding on
contracts, working with contractors and subcontractors.
