GENERAL OVERVIEW
Mr. Watt has been in the
Luxury single-family residential construction business since the age of 18. His
wealth of knowledge does not come from classroom study, but from actual
real-life experience. Most of the homes have been at ski resorts where he has
learned what it takes in dealing with construction in extreme weather
conditions. Years of hands-on experience and dealing with affluent customers
with discriminating tastes give him a deep knowledge of how to communicate and
negotiate misunderstandings. He is also one of the pioneers of the use of “Foam
Block” forms for foundations, having used them exclusively since 1981.
