GENERAL OVERVIEW
Greg Hardwick has over 27-yrs experience in the multimillion-dollar construction industry. He is a registered General Contractor and Professional Engineer in the state Florida. His extensive building experience includes various leadership roles as a construction manager for fortune 500 Companies to running his own construction business for the last 15-years that serves the Central Florida area focusing on luxury custom homes, whole house renovations and larger additions. He is President of the Master Custom Builder Council (MCBC), Past President and a current volunteer Board Member for the Greater Orlando Builder’s Association (GOBA). He currently serves on the Board for the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and the Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC), as well as, the Leadership Council for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and Executive Committee for the NAHB Builder 20 program. Hardwick was also selected as the 2016 MCBC’s Builder of the Year and recognized as GOBA’s Remodeler of the Year 2 years in a row (2017 and 2018). Most recently, he was named FHBA’s 2019 Remodeler of the Year.
