Manwar’ 8 year affiliation with the City of Scottsdale included employment in
the Departments of Planning and Development, Storm Water Waste Management and
Capital Projects. She was instrumental in recouping over $8,000 in revenue owed
to the City.
Overall her 38 years of communication skills within various professional
respective businesses allows her to incorporate intelligent and analytical
reasoning to rendering fair and equitable decisions.
