 Michael Simpson is a certified Civil/Commercial mediator for the Oklahoma state courts. As an experienced commercial litigation attorney focusing on construction law, particularly contract, insurance coverage, surety and warranty issues, Mr. Simpson has represented all aspects of the construction industry, including in arbitration proceedings and several mediations.

Jim Tilly is a Qualified Mediator and Expert Witness specializing in construction, real estate and finance.  He has 34 years experience in construction, residential development, PUDs, and real estate.  He has earned certifications in construction, sales and new homes.  His clients have been builders, developers, vendors, banks and court appointments.

Ray Tompkins has practiced law for 45 years, before all Federal District Courts in OKlahoma, the 4th, 9th and 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has now limited his practice to arbitration, mediation, and community facilitation. He is a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators.
