Pamela is a licensed Architect and ADR specialist, capable of providing mediation/arbitration services related to property, housing, homeowner associations, real estate and all relationships in construction.
She is familiar with International Building Codes/Standards, International Green Construction Code, ADA, LEEDS, and Construction Performance guidelines. Pamela has extensive experience with Homeowners Associations and CC&R’s.

Chuck is a nationally-recognized design-build custom home builder and remodeler. He has been involved in the construction of single and multi-family residential, commercial, and institutional projects across the United States during his 50 year construction career. He holds nine professional designations from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and is an NAHB Master Instructor.

Stan Moore retired from a 30-year law practice in 2000 to focus solely on mediation and arbitration. More than 1000 professional mediations and arbitrations in the past 20 years have convinced Stan that the sooner people begin meaningful discussions the better their experience in resolving any dispute. This is particularly true in construction disputes

Kent has been in the construction industry more than 30 years starting his business in February 1978. He has been a home builder and general contractor working in every aspect of residential and light commercial construction. He has achieved a reputation of quality construction, integrity, fairness and honesty throughout the Boise area in Idaho.

Larren has been involved as a master builder in the building industry for over 33 years. As a hands on builder, he brings a wealth of experience with his ability to develop harmony in the construction process. He has served as an expert witness as well as being involved on the city of Twin Falls building advisory board.
 

Steve combines a lifetime of professional knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the construction industry with his extremely effective alternative dispute resolution skills to produce positive solutions and finale in a  equitable manner. Steve supports alternative dispute resolution, mediation/arbitration, as opposed to costly and time consuming litigation, which can be a no-win.

Gary Schreiner is an attorney and professional mediator with hundreds of hours of experience in the mediator’s chair. He is a Certified Professional Mediator and Certified Mediation Trainer (Idaho Mediation Association). Recent case practice has included disputes involving HVAC systems, framing, concrete, electrical systems, architectural design, purchase contracts and drywall.
